| Thurs 29th July 1999 - Prepare for the Irish invasion | |
| July Headlines | Shamrock Rovers come to town on Saturday intent on
having a party. Sources from Ireland tell me that up to 300 Hoops fans will be crossing
the Irish Sea to come to Cardiff. It is City's first and only home friendly and it
replaces the Centenary Tournament. As it is a friendly and a family occasion the Club has
reflected this in the price structure.Entry is at the turnstile on Saturday and prices are as follows:- Adult £8.00, £6.00 and £5.00. With accompanied children getting access for £1.00 on a family ticket. An added bonus for City fans is that the players will be presented with their medals and trophy for gaining promotion last season. See you all on Saturday. |
