progression to the 2nd round of the Worthington Cup will bring early season fixture
headaches for club secretary Ceri Whitehead. The second round legs take place w/c Monday
Sep 13th and w/c Monday Sep 20th. Cardiff had pencilled in a possible rearranged game at
Brentford on Tuesday 14th, that in itself would have meant rearranging and FAW Premier Cup
game at Barry. Now City will have to find new dates for Brentford away and Barry away.
Moving onto w/c 20th Sep, City were due to play at Newtown that week in the FAW Premier
Cup. That will have to have a new date found for it as well. |
