City will be attempting to extend their 11 month unbeaten home league run at Ninian Park tomorrow against the favourites for the division 2 title. Wigan Athletic have made a flying start to the season with ex City player Simon Haworth and Stuart Barlow in devastating form.

Cardiff welcome back Danny Hill, Russell Perrett and Tony Vaughan to the squad. Hill may play with Perrett going on the bench. Vaughan will need to displace skipper Mike Ford if he is to start the match.

City will be without Matt Brazier who has a foot injury, this may explain his apparant lack of form. Matt is seeing a specialist regarding the problem.

Hopefully the current bad weather will subside and we can see a full house at Ninian for this match. A City win will be a fantastic achievement against a very good Wigan side.
