Cornforth has been given a second months contract at Ninian Park. Cornforth played 82
minutes of Fridays game v Wrexham. The midfielder came on the replace Willie Boland who
strained a waist muscle. Its uncertain as to how long Boland will be out of action.
Cornforth was originally brought in to cover Richard Carpenter but could find himself in
action again on Wednesday when City play at Q.P.R. if Boland is not fit again. Jason Fowler will miss the Q.P.R. match. He serves a one match ban for
being sent off against Millwall on the opening day of the season. |
