The mythical German striker that we have alledgedly been tracking for months can exclusively be revealed as a defender. Jorn Schwinkedorf (nickname: "Schwinke") a 28 year old from SV Mannheim arrives in the UK tonight to discuss personal terms. The clubs have already agreed a six figure fee for the player.

He is 6'5 tall weighing 90 ks. So far this season he has played 11 games for Mannheim in the German second division scoring once. He played last season for Freiburg in the Bundesliga. He is 28 and very strong in the air. He can play in central defence or move into midfield.

As I say the clubs have agreed a deal but its now up to the player to decide.
