| December Headlines |
Kevin Nugent has joined the 18 man squad that travelled to the North West today. He has recovered from the fractured knee that has kept him out for the past few weeks. At best he can expected a place on the bench tomorrow with Jason Bowen and Richie Humphreys (who extended his loan period today) starting up front. Jorn Schwinkendorf will make his league debut in place of the suspended Russell Perrett. With Tony Vaughan now history the back three spaces will be challenged for by Jeff Eckhardt, Schwinke, Perrett and Ford. With Perrett out tomorrow the back three pick itself. Scott Young the other name who could challange remains injured and will do for a week or two yet. Winston Faerber is struggling and his place will go to Josh Low if he unfit. Low came on for Faerber in the last two games and did enough to earn a place by right. Chris Roberts also has a knock and did not travel. The full 18 man squad is. Hallworth, Kelly, Faerber, Legg, Eckhardt, Ford, Schwinkendorf, Carpenter, Hill, Brazier, Bonner, Boland, Fowler, Low, Middleton, Nugent, Bowen and Humphreys. The game tomorrow is pay at the gate and entry cost £13.00 and £6.50 for consessions. |
