Cardiff City will be asking the FAW why they did not appeal against the ruling which has blocked the Bluebirds from entering European competition.

It was a blow on Wednesday when Uefa refused to recognise the FAW Premier Cup as a route into Europe and another blow today when the FAW have just rolled over and accepted the decision.

Its leaves City and the other 5 affected clubs in a strange position. We cannot qualify for Europe as represenatives of Wales because we play in the English pyramid system and we cannot qualify by winning one of the English competitions because we are Welsh.

Steve Borley says we have become "Outcasts"

This will really hit home next May if we win the FA Cup.
