Josh Low has completed a full time move to Ninian Park. Low put pen to paper on a two year contract today. While predominantly a midfielder, Frank wants to bring Low on as a striker.

Tony Vaughan signed the forms today that keep him at Ninian Park for the a third and final month. City could not afford to keep the defender and the player himself has been happy to plat at Cardiff but feels he could play at a higher level.

Lee Jarman has gone on trial to 2nd division rivals Brentford. Jarman was paid off by City so he is a free agent. Ron Noades has in the past shown interest in Jarman.

Dai Thomas, who returned from an unsuccessful week at Exeter City is likely to play for the reserves at Ninian Park tomorrow.

David Paas will not be coming to Ninian Park. As announced previously the negotiations have ground to a halt and the deal is off.
