Cardiff
City target Mark Tinkler has signed for Southend Utd for £40,000. York City player,
Tinkler, was reported to be in talks with Cardiff but a deal could not be reached. It was thought that Tinker may have been a player swap with John Williams who finally signed for York on Thursday this week. |
