Steve Borley has reacted furiously to yesterdays cancellation at Bolton. The City chairman was not happy and has accused Bolton of "Sabotage". No other fixtures in the North West were cancelled yesterday and even the local park games went ahead. Bolton claim to have one of the best stadiums in the football league with quality drainage systems. Its been no secret that Bolton did not want yesterdays game. They have been building themselves up for Tuesday nights Worthington Cup clash with Wimbledon. Bolton were expecting at least 8 first team members injured for yesterdays game and Sam Allardyce said in yesterdays papers that all fit squad members were to turn up as they would probably play.

The Trotters have of course denied allegations that the sprinklers were left on the pitch overnight Friday to ensure a postponement.

An enquiry must be made by the football league. Hundreds of Cardiff supporters have been left out of pocket and now with the game rescheduled for Tuesday 21st Dec @ 8pm many will not be able to see the game.

Should the match at The Reebok be a draw the replay will be on 4th round day the 8th of January. Thus making the winners away tie at Grimsby subject to rearrangement.
