City went a goal down after on 3 minutes at Gigg Lane today. The score stayed thay way until Kevin Nugent fired home from cloase range on the 50th minute. Bury's second came on 60 minutes from Bullock. Nugest again put City level on 67 minutes but it all fell apart again on 77 minutes when Preece go the winner. Bury gave a debut to Bhutia, the Indian player I mentioned in Thursday's preview. He came on at half time and was booked two minutes later. |
