City go into Tuesday nights massive game against Huddersfield on the back of two wins. Its been well documented this season that we have not won three games in a row in the league. What a great time to get that first treble by beating a play off rival.

Make no mistake this is possibly the hardest fixture left this season. Huddersfield were the first team to beat Cardiff City at Ninian Park this season and they will be looking to complete a double over the Bluebirds.

City will be without top scorer and skipper Graham Kavanagh, Layton Maxwell is expected to fill Kav's boots for the next two games. Kavanagh misses the Huddersfield game and Saturday's trip to Northampton. Maxwell, a regular on the subs bench had nearly 30 mins of play yesterday and won City the penalty that Kav scored from.

The top of the table is getting tighter all the time. Reading and Brighton are clear but not uncatchable and then the 4 play off places are only seperated by 1 point.

Huddersfield are the only team above us we have still to play this season, we have already completed our fixtures against all the other clubs above us.

I'm trying not to get too excited, we've been up and down all season, now when it matters most we must hit a good run of form. Both Huddersfield and Cardiff go into the game after good wins on the weekend and it will be a big game to win at the McAlpine on Tuesday.
