Newspaper
reports this morning claim City are keen to offer Jason Bowen a new contract. Bowen along
with 7 others including Andy Legg and Scott Young are out of contract at the end of the
season. Speaking to the Daily Mirror manaher Alan Cork says "We want him to stay. He is a player of Premiership quality and a vital part of our future. There is no way we'll let him leave here". There were rumours a few weeks ago that Gillngham amongst other were taking an interest is the midfielder. Bowen, who can also play as striker, could be looking at a lucrative new deal to keep him at Ninian Park. There's time enough though according to Cork, "There's no panic", says City's boss, "there is still plenty of time to sort things out". |
