Cardiff City have recently seen some departures
from the Club and an arrival. Scott McCulloch, Kevin Nugent, Matt Brazier
and Andy Thompson have all left while Andy Campbell has joined the Bluebirds
at least until the end of the season. City now currently have 30 first team senior players. Seventeen of the players were on the bus that went to Oldham on the weekend. Alexander (from) Weston, Legg, Prior, Gabbidon, Kavanagh, Leo FW, Boland, Hughes, Young, Simpkins, Campbell, Jones, Thorne, Collins, Giles, Walton. As of the weekend they were the only match fit players available. 11 other senior players were / are all in the treatment room. Des Hamilton (knee), Lee Kendall (cartlidge) and Kurt Nogan (achillies) are out for the rest of the season. Rob Earnshaw (hamstring) is aiming for an Easter return. Jason Bowen (neck), Josh Low (hamstring), Mark Bonner (ankle), Andrew Jordan (knee) Paul Brayson (ankle), Layton Maxwell (calf) and Gavin Gordon (hamstring). That leaves Kevin Evans, who only returned from a loan spell at Boston Utd a couple of weeks ago and Leon Jeanne who returned to training today. |
