It's a blow the young striker has just started to score again with goals in his last two games. His involvement in the Wales squad is now cancelled as he must sit out potentially 8 or more City games.

It was a bad day for injuries on Saturday. Des Hamilton went off and will miss the Brentford game tomorrow as will Gavin Gordon. Gordon came on as sub for Earnie but was taken off him self some 40 odd minutes later to be replaced by Peter Thorne.

Lets hope that Thorne comes through the rest of the season injury free. He looks a superb striker and we are in a promotion push so we need all the goals we can get.
