City reserves are playing at Swindon this afternoon in an Avon Combination League Cup tie.

Most noticeable member of the City team is Des Hamilton. It's Des' first action for many weeks and fingers crossed he will come through the game and put himself in contention for Saturday's home clash with Blackpool. Hamilton would be a good replacement for the out of form Josh Low.

Also in the team are last night's unused subs Mark Walton, Michael Simpkins and James Collins. City's two first team squad youngsters Gethin Jones and Martyn Giles also play.

The remainder of the team and the bench are youth players. It was hoped that David Hughes and Gavin Gordon would be fit but neither are quite ready.
