Jason Bowen missed last Saturday's victory against Northampton after getting a neck injury in training on Friday. Paul Brayson stepped in.

It's to early to say of Bowen will be back for tomorrows vital home game with Q.P.R. City are now looking for a 4th consecutive win, then we are at home again on Saturday to Blackpool, 5 wins a possibility? Well lets take one game at a time. Lennie Lawrence wants to be in a play off position by 5pm on Saturday. Two wins will undoubtedly do that.

Lennie Lawrence has picked up three wins in three games since taking charge. The most noticable change is City's ability to grind out a results. We have played 3 relegation threatended teams, teams who are where they are becuase they are the poorer playing teams of the division. While we should be expected to beat them they are trying anyway they can to survive.

What we have been in the last three games is professional, we have done enough to win each game. Its all about results at the moment and we are getting them. Long may it continue.

If Jason Bowen is out for tomorrow's game and Daniel Gabbidon recovers from the cramp that forced his exit from the field on Saturday then City will remain unchanged. Andy Campbell, scorer of City's winner will make a home debut.

It's probably too soon to see returns for Des Hamilton, David Hughes and Gavin Gordon but both are close to a return to the squad. There is no update on the ankle injury to Mark Bonner. Earnie is still a few weeks away.

We will get more accurate updates on player news nearer the time.

Tomorrow's game against Q.P.R is at 7:45pm at Ninian Park. Rangers are 3 points behind City in the table and a win would catapult the Bluebirds 6 points ahead of them. Rangers won on the weekend with a 2 - 0 home win over Blackpool, ironically City' next opponents on Saturday. Q.P.R will not be an easy game and a lot will be asked of the players. Maxwell will continue to stand in for Graham Kavanagh who misses the second of his two game suspension tomorrow. Maxwell will be full of confidence after scoring City's opener at Northampton. If he could get in the goals again then he will give manger Lawrence something to think about when Kav is due to return on Saturday.
