Thorne, Roberts and Booth are well documented but their is strong rumour over welsh forward John Oster.

Lets start with Thorne.

City have apparantly upped their offer for the striker but Stoke are holding out. Its said that City have increased their offer to £1.5m for the striker but Stoke have said the price is £1.8m. Alan Cork said the deal is dead. We'll see.

Iwan Roberts.

Roberts is in Cardiff with Wales. Its not quite clear where City go next, rumours suggest they have permission to talk to him. Norwich have said he is not for sale. Pending.....

Andy Booth.

The Booth trail has gone quiet but its thought a bid for £600,000 - £700,000 could persuede cash strapped Huddersfield to sell.

John Oster.

The welsh winger has become a strong messageboard rumour. Talk of a £750,000 move to Ninian Park has been mentioned and Cardiff have been linked with Oster on some Sunderland websites. Oster cost the Mackem's £1m from Everton.

So sorry to be so vague, nothing oficial to report.
