City
take a second XI to Weston Super Mare tonight for the latest pre season friendly. The
first team are being prepared for Wednesday's high profile game against Coventry City at
Ninian park (ko 7:45pm). Tonight Mark Bonner is hoping to get some action after being out with an infected toe. The full squad for tonights game is. Kendall, Giles, Jones, Hughes, Evans, Jordan, Collins, Maxwell, Brayson, Bonner, Boland, Jeanne, Bowen Leo FW, Evans, Heall, Wallis. Martyn Giles, Gethin Jones, James Collins and Leon Jeanne have moved up from the 3rd XI along with youth players Gari Evans, Simon Heall and Tony Wallis. There would appear to be no place tonight for the 6 transfer listed players or Kevin Nugent. Mark Walton is still recovering from injury. Michael Simpkins is also recovering from a minor injury and hopes to be fit for Wednesday. |
