Liverpool and Wales U 21 player Leyton Maxwell will be City's next signing. The
player is free to leave Liverpool and was expected to go north to St Johnstone. Cardiff
now look certain to have attracted the player to Ninian Park. Maxwell is a right winger
for Wales U21. He played last season at Tranmere on loan and has made one goalscoring
appearance for Liverpool.
