Legg won the award from the 1927 club and the Cardiff City Supporters Club. Scott Young was runner up. Jason Bowen took the award from the Supporters Club for goal of the saeason for his strike at Saltergate against Chesterfield. Rob Earnshaw won the young player of the year award for the third time. Josh Low picked up the award for most improved player.

There were a few special awards. Real Radio honoured Sam Hammam. Bass Breweries thanked Wayne Nash and his groundstaff for keeping the Ninian Park pitch in great shape and I presented an internet award to Steve Borley for his services and committment to Cardiff City FC.

It was a great night at the Angel Hotel with all players and staff from NP attending.

The final word from the stage was looking forward to next years promotion party. Wouldn't that be nice.
