Rivals Brighton come to Ninian Park tomorrow looking to extend their lead at the top of Division 2.

For Cardiff City its a chance to put the recent poor run of 3 defeats in 4 games behind them.

Alan Cork has included Leon Jeanne, Jason Bowen and Josh Low in the squad and it would please most fans to see at least one of them playing from the start. Bowen I think may get his chance. Jeanne must play some part of the match.

Cork has been critisised heavilly for plan the same route 1 football. With Leo and Thorne up front he prefers to lump the ball forward for them. City fans are starting to become less tolerant of the poor quality of football lately and another defeat especially against Brighton will see the pressure building on Cork's shoulders.

City squad for tomorrow is Alexander,Weston, Prior, Gabbidon, Simpkins, Low, Bowen, Hamilton, Kavanagh, Boland, Legg, Leo FW, Thorne, Bonner, Jeanne, Hughes, Brayson.

City welcome back Charlie Oatway and Richard Carpenter to Ninian Park. Brighton will also be with striker Bobby Zamora, the player City made bids of upto £2m for.

The players and the management have all admitted their disappointment in the press this week. Tomorrow thay have a chance to put it right.

Last year the teams drew 1 - 1 at Ninian Park. The very first league meeting in 1931 at Ninian Park finished 1 - 1. City will be looking for better than that.
