Former City loan player James Harper has signed for Reading from Arsenal for a 6
figure sum thought to be in the region of £400,000. Cardiff and Arsenal had agreed terms
for Harper but he moved back to Highbury just before the end of his loan term at Ninian
park. Good luck to James. |
