Peter
Thorne joins up with a strong City side to play at Derby County today. The Official website has announced this morning that a friendly "reserve" team game will be played in Derby. The City line up is Lee Kendall, Gethin Jones, Rhys Weston, Dean Gordon, David Hughes, Graham Kavanagh, Jason Bowen, Layton Maxwell, Josh Low, Leo FW and Peter Thorne. Thorne has been out of action for 5 weeks and is hoping to return to league action on Saturday. Today is a test run for him to prove fitness. News of this game has only emerged this morning so other information is scare. I hope to have an update later in the day. |
