City moved into second spot after an eventful game at Aggborough. Kidderminster opened the scoring on 15 mins when striker Broughton fired home. City had to wait until the 41st minute when an Andy Legg corner was met my Scott Young who headed the equaliser. It was also Legg who prvided the cross for Jason Bowen to volley home on the stroke of half time making it 2 - 1 to City. City had to wait until the 86th minite to get what they thought would be the killer goal. It came from goalscoring sensation Daniel Gabbidon. Young Daniel has now scored 3 in the last 3 games, not bad considering he'd never scored before then. City were not home and dry though, a mix up between Walton and Hughes allowed Broughton to slip in and score his second on 89 mins and ensure a nail biting period of injury time. City went close to gifting an equaliser to Kiddy but as sure as eggs is eggs Rob Earnshaw had a say in the match. Earnie had earlier come on for Bowen and he settled any nerves with a 95th minute 4th goal for City. |
