| February Headlines |
Strikers are making the news before City's massive match at Aggborough against Jan
Molby's Kidderminster. Leo FW and Gavin Gordan are both suspended. Kyle Lightbourne will
make his debut and Robert Earnshaw returns to the squad and a probable place on the bench. After Saturdays matches its now known that a win will take City back into second place. Lightbourne could be the only change to last weeks starting line up. He will be a direct replacement for Leo FW. There will be some movement on the bench with Scott McCulloch ruled out after suffering from shingles. Matt Brazier was named in the squad but I think he may be out with an injured hamstring. The 18 man squad named is Walton, Low, Gabbidon, Legg, Hughes, Young, Boland, Weston, Bowen, Lightbourne, Brayson, Evans, Fowler, Nogan, Earnshaw, Jordan, Kendall, Brazier. I expect the first 11 to play, the next 5 to be the subs with Kendall and Brazier missing the final 16. Kick off at Aggborough is at 12 noon. Kidderminster, after a solid start to the season, have dropped to mid table, but like any club that plays City they will see it as probably their biggest game of the season and all sides we face are "up for it". There will be live real time commentary in the chat room with first reactions on the messageboard. There will be a full site update with match reports on Sunday evening, hopefully with goal videos as well. |
