Rumours around the North West are suggesting that Cardiff's first league game will be
against Blackpool at Ninian Park. I must stress this is not confirmed but alleged to be correct. It would be ironic as City's first home game last season was against Blackpool at Ninian Park and Blackpool's last game of the season was the play off final at the Millenium Stadium. The rumour was accompanied with the claim that City's promotion rivals and Div 3 champions Brighton would be at home to Wigan Athletic. The full fixture list will be revealed on Thursday morning at 10am. Only then will we find out for sure. |
