Dean Gordon has extended his loan period at Ninian Park. The left sided defender will be a City player for at least another month.

Middlesbrough boss Steve McLaren has refused to allow him to play against Leeds in the FA Cup as he does not want him cup tied.

A permanent move for Dean Gordon is still a possiblity.

Dean will return to the team at Blackpool today after missing last weekends cup game. He has improved in the three games he played and is a quality player. Hopefully he can help City end their 33 year jinx at Bloomfield Rd, City have not won in Blackpool since 1968 when a young striker called John Toshack scored both goals in a 2 - 1 win. Whatever happened to him?
