The
finishing touches are being put to the Grange End roof. Walking on the terrace brought
back memories of the 70's and my early days as a City fan.
The former home of the City faithful is being covered over and the capacity is being increased. City fans will have over half of the covered terrace with away fans having over 1,000 places.
Fishing touches are still needed but the main structure and roof have been completed.
With work still being carried out on the Grange End and the lower Bob Bank there is a few more weeks of effort to come from the contractors. All eyes must be on August 11th and the first home agme against Wycombe. As you can see from the picture below the electricty is back on after an upgrading of the Club's electricty supply.
