Season
ticket holders have been at Ninian Park today getting their hands on the first Leeds
United tickets to go on sale. Queue's of upto 2 hours have been reported and traffic congestion in and around Sloper Rd. There is no rush for season ticket holders, the tickets wuill be saved until Dec 31st. You are guaranteed your seat until that date. The club are asking people not to ring on the main switchboard number as the receptionists have no control or information over the tickets. All enquiries and sales must go through the ticket office itself and that number is 0845 345 1400 Members can buy their tickets from Monday and Port Vale stub holders from Wednesday. The remaining tickets will be sold to fans who are on the clubs database from December 27th. Leeds United it apears will get approx 3,000 tickets. They will have the away allocation on the Grange End allowing City fans to use the home section of the Grange End. Its unsure whether or not Leeds fans will have access to any seats. The capacity for the game will be 20,000. |
