City have this morning announced that Rob Earnshaw has undergone a cartlidge operation on
his knee. The young striker will be out of action for between 4 and 6 weeks. Good luck to Rob in his recovery. This comes on the day that City are hoping to unveil record signing Peter Thorne. As of 10am today Thorne is completing his medical at Ninian Park and we are waiting for further news. Providing there are no problems finalising the signing Thorne is expected to go straight into the starting line up when City play at Cambridge on Saturday. |
