Maxwell scored twice for the reserves in a 3 - 1 win at Barnet. The result has put City
second in the Avon Combination league behind Portsmouth. Maxwell scored the only goal of the first half and was on target again to make it 2 - 1 in the second half, the Barnet equaliser coming from a Scott Young o.g. City's £500,000 striker Gavin Gordon scored the third to make it a comfortable win. City line up was:- Mark Walton The reserves next match is at Ninian Park on Wednesday October 17th ko 2pm against Millwall. |
