Teamtalk.com are reporting that City have failed in an attempt to sign Jamie Pollock
from Crystal Palace. The midfielder has been transfer listed by boss Alan Smith after a
bust up between the player and the manager. Pollock is currently suspended but the dispute in January, for which Pollock, 26, has apologised for looks to have ended his Palace career. Smith is thought to have lost patience with the player. Teamtalk claim City tried to sign the player on loan until the end of the season but Pollock was not prepared to drop to Div 3. |
