City though have upto 3 games in hnd on some of the teams above us. Still I'd rather have points in the bag rather than the games in hand.

Oldham top the division despite being beaten at Bournemouth on Friday night. Brentford move into second place after a win at third placed Brighton. Oldham, Bentford and Brighton all have 22 points.

Next Tuesday's opponents Bristol City had a comfortable 3 - 0 home win over Chesterfield and are in 4th place.

Huddersfield and Stoke in 5th and 6th respectively did not play this weekend.

At the bottom Bury, Wrexham, Northampton and Wigan prop up division 2. All teams have failed to reach double points.
