Nathan Blake grabs the back page headlines in the Welsh press this morning. The News
of the World have splashed an exclusive story that Nathan wants to return to Ninian Park.
The basis of the story though is from Nathans' own website. The comments were published on
there a week last Friday and have been heavily discussed in the past week. This is not new
news. Simon Haworth is the other former City striker linked to a return to Ninian Park. Alan Cork has said that "Talks are already under way to bring in a goalkeeper, a centre back, two midfield men and a proven striker. Cork is looking to bring in players with over 150 games experience to enhance the squad we already have and to help to bring on the youngsters who have helped the club to promotion this season. There appears little doubt that the club will invest in squad strengthening to ensure we have a team ready for Div 2 football. |
