mix of transfer listed and youth players came together last night and beat Pontypridd 5 -
2 at Ynysangharrad Park. Leon Jeanne was the star as he twice weaved his magic to set up Kurt Nogan for easy finishes and Jeanne was felled in the box with Scott McCulloch scoring from the spot. City's other goals came from Jason Fowler and Byron Anthony. Over 700 fans turned up to see the Bluebirds trail 2 - 1 at half time but they picked it up in the second half and won comfortably in the end. City line up. Porter, Thompson, Giles, Jordan, Anthony, McCulloch, Fowler, Evans, Wallis (Ingram 78), Nogan, Jeanne. Subs not used. Evans, Heall, Huggins, Bailey. |
