Brighton have rejected cardiff's £2m bid for Bobby Zamora. Micky Adams says

"Cardiff talk about £2m, but that's not even a tempter, Bobby is not for sale. I don't want him to go and neither does my chairman, Dick Knight. Cardiff City can offer as much as they want, but we are not going to sell him."

Adams called the bid a "cheap publicity stunt".

Sam Hammam responded with

"Right now I would say Bobby Zamora will not be coming to Cardiff City, but you never know. Remember, I said there was only a 25 per cent chance of Spencer Prior signing for us and he is now here. You just never know what will happen in football and we will always be interested in quality players."
