A picture is emerging as to who City will play in Div 2 next season. Here is the
current situation. As it stands at the moment our opposition next season in division 2 is confirmed as:- Q.P.R. One of Bristol Rovers, Cambridge or Swindon will be relegated to Div 3 leaving the other two in Div 2. One of Bournemouth, Wigan, Stoke, Walsall or Reading will be promoted to Div 1 via the play offs leaving the other four in Div 2. One of Hartlepool, Hull, Orient, Rochdale or Blackpool will join us in Div 2 after the Div 3 play offs. One of Crystal Palace, Portsmouth, Huddersfield or Grimsby will join us in Div 2 after relegation from Div 1. |
