Congratulations to Brighton who beat Chesterfield 1 - 0 at the Withdean tonight to
take the Div 3 title. With Hull City only managing a draw the result also ensures
promotion for Chesterfield even with 9 points deducted. Also well done to Rushden who will play in Div 3 next season after nearest rivals Yeovil lost at home and can now only mathematically catch Rushden if they score over 20 goals in their last game and Rushden lose by a few. |
