This morning's Daily Mirror claim that City are trying to resurrect a deal with
Carlton Palmer. Its claimed the player could be offered near Premiership wages to help get
City promoted. The report suggests that Palmer could be a short term signing for City but
he would have to settle differences at Coventry first and be available to leave on a free
transfer. Palmer could also be interested in the vacant seat at Bristol Rovers and has possible loan deals to first division clubs. There is no official confirmation to this story yet. |
