Gavin Gordon will start his City career on the bench tomorrow as Alan Cork will want to field the same team that has performed so well over recent weeks. Gordon is highly unlikely to displace Leo FW and can hope to play some part of the game later on.

Gavin will get his chance at Blackpool when Leo must serve a one match ban.

There are no major doubts for the game which could see City achieve their 12th straight win at Ninian Park in all competitions and their 7th straight league win. The current run has catapulted the Bluebirds into 4th spot with games in hand. The right results tomorrow could see City up into third place.

Macclesfield will not be a pushover though and City can expect a tough game.

This is the last game before Christmas so lets hope for a day full of festive cheer, best wishes to all players and fans. With the next match on Tuesday at midday the players will be in training over the holiday so its up to the fans to have a drink on their behalf. Wherever you are in the world can I wish you all a very merry Christmas.
