Cardiff City have today announced that they will be opening bar facilities at the back of the bob bank.

The club released the following statement today.

Bob Bankers will be able to celebrate City's recent run of success with a beer and a burger at the match against Lincoln City on Wednesday. The Bluebirds have been given the go ahead to open two mobile bars and a burger van at St Donats Gate at the back of the Bob Bank. The licence granted today has been given to City from 22nd November until the match with Macclesfield on 23 December.
Should things go well (and they should!) Bluebirds bosses plan to make the bars a permanent fixture at Ninian Park next season. City have also been given permission to erect two marquees that will provide cover for fans.
Bars will open at 6pm and close at 10pm Weekdays, while on Saturdays the bars will open from 1pm-7pm. This is great news for fans on the Bob Bank who can now enjoy similar facilities to those in the Grandstand - Is this the first Bar on the Bob Bank for a football game?

Support the club and use all the new facilities - the more people who use them the better things will get on and off the field.
