Bristol Rovers yesterday confirmed they had tried to get Andy Legg from Ninian Park. Manager Ian Holloway confirmed he had enquired about a swap deal but was turned down by Billy Ayre.

Jimmy Crawford is hoping to join City today for a trial, the move is doubt thought as Reading manager Alan Pardew is looking to release Crawford and not just let him out. Pardew wants City to take the player on contract on a free transfer. More news on this story when available.
