 Rhys Weston joined Cardiff City today for £300,000. Its
thought that there will be further paynments made to Arsenal dependent on appearances etc.
The injury to Andy Legg yesterday means that Weston is likely to make his debut as sweeper
at Ninian Park against Lincoln on Wednesday. Welcome aboard Rhys.Its also reported today that Stewart Kerr has also signed for a rumoured fee of £350,000 from Celtic. It has been mentioned that Kerr could make his debut on Saturday against Hartlepool but for now Mark Walton has commanded his goal well and will not give up the shirt easily. Again welcome to Stewart. City are still strongly linked with Spurs midfielder Simon Davies. The talk is that the clubs are trying to agree a loan deal. Carl Leaburn of Wimbledon and Paul Dalgliesh of Norwich are also linked depite being ruled out by Bobby Gould. |
