| Mon 20th March 2000 - WBA latest team after Leggy | |
| March Headlines |
After the reports on the Saturday that Wigan were interested in Andy Legg it turns out that WBA maybe a bigger threat. The Baggies alledgedly made a bid last week and are considering offering £100,000 for City's 33 year old left back. Legg already has one hand on this years player of the season trophy and will be a vital part of the team as we try to avoid relegation. Andy is settled in S.Wales and his wife has just recently had a baby. I'm sure that Andy himself is more than happy to stay. I only hope that the club does not sell for the money. Transfer deadline is 5pm on Thursday. |
