City assistant boss Billy Ayre is recovering after surgery to remove a benign tumour. Billy has been absent from the Club for the past couple of weeks while tests were carried out.

After an operation Billy is now recovering and Frank Burrows is looking forward to his return.

Can I pass my best wishes onto Billy and I hope to see him back on the touchline soon.
