Kurt Nogan continues to be linked with Cardiff but as I have said before his off field activities will probably keep him at Preston. I've no confirmation that Cardiff are actually speaking to Preston.

Rumours overnight that City are on the verge of signing Paul Peschisolidio from Fulham have been quoshed. Pesch is alledgedly earning around £8K a week at Craven Cottage and has recently signed a new contract there. It appears to be nothing more than rumour.

Of course all these tales are just tales until I can give you something concrete. There's plenty happening at Ninian Park at the moment but nothing definate to report.
