 City have pulled a major transfer with the capture of Wales U21
skipper Rhys Weston from Arsenal. Weston agreed terms today and passed his medical. The
paperwork formalities will be completed by Monday.Rhys becomes the 4th current Wales U21 player at Ninian Park. He joins Earnie, Daniel Gabbidon and Kevin Evans. Andrew Jordan is also U21 international but for Scotland.
