City
play a freindly game at Aberystwyth tonight. At first it was thought to be a youth team
friendly but City will give run outs to the three triallists who joined the Club on
Monday. Kevin Evans from Leeds, Tony Sheridan, formerly of Coventry and lately playing in
Northern Ireland and Julian Dowe a striker formerly with Rochdale. Added to those its expected that City will play Hallworth, Bonner, Nogan and Eckhardt all of whom were on the bench at Exeter. Perrett and Hill who are both returning to action after injury, and Andy Legg. Andy missed the Exeter game through suspension. Latest at 1700 hrs. Dai it would appear has not travelled to Aberystwyth. I know not why. Also Tony Sheridan would appear to be having travel problems getting from Ireland and will also miss out. The squad that travelled today was Hallworth, Gabbidon, Perrett, Eckhardt, Legg, Earnshaw, Bonner, Hill, Dowe, Evans, Nogan, Buttery, Heall, Jones, Giles, Skelly. |
