Billy Ayre has been told tonight that he will remain City manager until the end of the season. Billy was told the news after seeing his side beat Aberystwyth by 4 goals to nil.

Billy has not tasted defeat in his three games in charge so far and hopefully the stability of knowing who the gaffer is will help settle the team and get Cardiff City out of the relegation zone.

Billy has made changes to formation and it has seen 1 win and 2 draws so far. Now he must step up a gear and get league wins. Tonights victory was very welcome but the real issue is league points and boy do we need three of those next Tuesday.
